9 Steps on How to Install PoE( (Power over Ethernet) CCTV Cameras
1. Plan Your System
Determine Camera Locations: Choose strategic locations for your cameras, such as entry points, driveways, and high-traffic areas. Consider factors like field of view, lighting, and coverage area.
Plan Cable Routes: Decide on the best paths to run the Ethernet cables from the cameras to the PoE switch or NVR. Minimize the distance between the cameras and the PoE switch to avoid signal loss.

2. Install the Cameras

Turn on the PoE Switch or NVR: Plug the PoE switch or NVR into a power outlet and turn it on.
Power the Cameras: The cameras should receive power through the Ethernet cables and begin transmitting video to the NVR or recording device.
6. Configure the System
Access the NVR Interface: Use a monitor connected to the NVR, or log in to the NVR’s web interface using a computer connected to the same network.
Set Up the Cameras: Follow the on-screen instructions to add and configure each camera. This typically involves assigning IP addresses and naming the cameras.
Adjust Camera Settings: Fine-tune the settings such as resolution, frame rate, motion detection, and recording schedules.
7. Test and Adjust
Check Live Feeds: View the live camera feeds on the monitor or via the NVR interface. Ensure all cameras are working correctly and covering the intended areas.

9. Maintenance
